Retrieve Unsold Items
There are two time periods available for picking up items not sold:
Friday
May 11, 2012
4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
On Friday, you may retrieve your unsold items from the sales floor, but you must find them yourself and check out with a Used Curriculum Sale volunteer. All unsold items must be picked-up at the same time. Multiple pick-ups of unsold items will not be possible.
Saturday
May 12, 2012
12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
On Saturday, all unsold items designated for retrieval will be gathered after 12:00 p.m., sorted, and readied for pick-up by sellers from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. All unsold items must be picked-up at the same time. Multiple pick-ups of unsold items will not be possible.
All sellers who are picking up unsold items must help to gather and sort books to be returned to sellers.
Sellers with larger amounts to sell will be required to sign up for earlier time slots.
At this time, you will be expected to help gather books from the tables, sort the books to tables ordered alphabetically by vendor last name, and bring your boxes back so that you may repackage any unsold items marked for retrieval.
