Sponsorship/Advertising Packages - CHAP Convention 2010

For the first year we are offering introductory pricing of 50% off the sponsorships.

Advertising Sponsorship Packages

Vendors and businesses have the opportunity to help sponsor the CHAP Convention through one of the Sponsorship Packages. The sponsorship packages give the vendor or business the opportunity to demonstrate their support of CHAP and homeschooling. They also provide several avenues (banners, signs, webpage links, etc. depending on the package) to get your company or organization's name before the homeschoolers attending the convention and visiting the CHAP website. If you choose to be a sponsor, please sign up on our Convention Advertising page. Payment must accompany the form.

Summary of General benefits package (what all sponsors receive)

• Sponsor's name/logo to appear in "Thank you to our Sponsors" Ad in Convention Program. (available until 4/1, which is the insertion deadline for CHAP Convention Program)
• Sponsor's banner (provided by CHAP) displayed in a highly visible location at the Convention
• Sponsor's logo and link posted on CHAP Convention Sponsor's webpage from the beginning of sponsorship (when payment received) through May 2010.

$5,000 NOW: $2,500 Liberty Bell Sponsorship/Advertising Package

• Two complimentary exhibitor booths in the exhibit hall in a prime location at CHAP's discretion
• Sponsor's logo and link on the main CHAP Convention web pages from beginning of sponsorship (when payment received) through May 2010
• Sponsor will receive a 2-minute time slot to address attendees via a recorded PowerPoint presentation or 3- minute video in digital format which will be shown at both the Friday morning session and the Friday evening session. The presentation must be submitted to CHAP by 4/1 and pre-approved by CHAP.
• A banner (provided by CHAP) noting the sponsor's support of the CHAP Homeschool Convention. The banner will be displayed in a visible prominent location at the Convention. Banner will read "(Sponsor name) is a sponsor of the CHAP Homeschool Convention" The banner can also have the following information: Company website, phone, & logo.

$3,000 NOW: $1,500 Keystone Sponsorship/Advertising Package

• One complimentary exhibitor booth in the exhibit hall in a prime location at CHAP's discretion
• Sponsor's logo and link on the main CHAP Convention web pages from beginning of sponsorship (when payment received) through May 2010
• A banner (provided by CHAP) noting the sponsor's support of the CHAP Homeschool Convention. The banner will be displayed in a visible prominent location at the Convention. Banner will read "(Sponsor name) is a sponsor of the CHAP Homeschool Convention" The banner can also have the following information: Company website, phone, & logo.

$2,500 NOW: $1,250 Valley Forge Sponsorship/Advertising Package

• One complimentary exhibitor booth in the exhibit hall in a prime location at CHAP's discretion
• A banner (provided by CHAP) noting the sponsor's support of the CHAP Homeschool Convention. The banner will be displayed in a visible prominent location at the Convention. Banner will read "(Sponsor name) is a sponsor of the CHAP Homeschool Convention" The banner can also have the following information: Company website, phone, & logo.

$1,500 NOW: $750 Gettysburg Sponsorship/Advertising Water Break Package

• One complimentary exhibitor booth in the exhibit hall in a prime location at CHAP's discretion
• Signage to read "Water Break Compliments of (sponsor's name/logo)" displayed at a water dispensing station.
• Plus the General benefits package (see above)

$800 NOW: $400 Pennsylvania Dutch Sponsorship/Advertising Photography Package

• Two exhibitor booths at the reduced price of $400 each (total $800) in the exhibit hall in a prime location at CHAP's discretion
• A complimentary short article in the CHAP Magazine convention issue if submitted by the photographer by the Magazine deadline (1/15/2010) and in the CHAP ENews.
• In return for the reduced booth price and other package and general benefits:
  • The photographer will provide CHAP with a minimum of 100 digital photos of convention events including the Friday morning and evening special sessions. CHAP will have the right to use these photos in any way they see fit.
  • The photographer will provide CHAP with payment of 20% of income after expenses. This is income directly derived at the convention or related to the convention.
