How To Sell: Step 4 - Drop Off Items

Bring Items to CHAP Convention during Drop-off Times

Drop off hours for items to be sold are:

7:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.

The UCS is located on the east side of Memorial Hall. You will need to park your car near Memorial Hall west and bring your books to any of doors. Proceed to the check in table to register your arrival. Once cleared at UCS registration, you will need to distribute your books to the appropriate tables. You will need to take your empty boxes with you. We will not store any boxes.

When you bring your books to drop off you will:

  • Spend time with a Used Curriculum volunteer who will verify that your items are properly labeled.
  • A test scan will be run on your labels. (Note: If they fail to scan, we will print new labels for you at the cost of $0.25 per sheet and you will be required to apply the new labels to your items before we will allow you to put your items on the floor to be sold.)
  • Provide a copy of your master inventory list.
  • Sign a waiver form in order to complete the check-in process.
  • Distribute your books.
  • Take your boxes. We will not store any boxes.

You will be responsible for bringing your boxes back at the end of the sale so that you may collect any remaining books which you wish to retrieve. We will not have boxes available for you to use.
