Bring Items to CHAP Convention during Drop-off Times
Drop off hours for items to be sold are:
Thursday
May 10, 2012
2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Friday
May 11, 2012
7:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
When you bring your books to drop off you will:
- Spend time with a Used Curriculum volunteer who will verify that your items are properly labeled.
- A test scan will be run on your labels. (Note: If they fail to scan, we will print new labels for you at cost and you will be required to apply the new labels to your items before we will allow you to put your items on the floor to be sold.)
- Provide a copy of your master inventory list.
- Sign up for a time slot to come and assist with book retrieval on Saturday
- Sign a waiver form in order to complete the check-in process.
- Help sort and distribute your books to the appropriate tables. Volunteers will be on hand to assist you in this process.
- Once you have distributed your items to be sold to the appropriate tables, gather your now empty boxes and take them back to your car. We will not store any boxes.
- You will be responsible for bringing your boxes back at the end of the sale so that you may collect any remaining books which you wish to retrieve. We will not have boxes available for you to use.
